Meet Our Team

Dr. Mark B. Resetarits, Chiropractic Physician

To my patients I am known as Dr. Mark. I grew up in a family that used chiropractic care regularly. My grandfather, a great supporter and advocate of Chiropractic Care, was part of my inspiration to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. My interest in the healing art of Chiropractic arose out of my study of the natural world and spending great amounts of time in nature.  I studied more about our bodies ability to heal itself and how Chiropractic promoted this science, it sparked a passion and vision in myself to become a Doctor of Chiropractic .

Doctor means teacher, and part of my mission is to educate my patient’s about a healthier lifestyle and be instrumental in helping them achieve this goal.

I graduated from Utah State University with degrees in Natural Resources Conservation and Environmental Studies. I attended Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon and graduated in 1992 with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I have been in private practice in Salt Lake City, Utah, since July of 1994. I have travelled over the years to study with the top doctors in my field to master different techniques and to further my education. This knowledge helps me personalize each patients care to best support healing.

The oath I took at graduation from chiropractic school states: “I will keep the physical, mental and spiritual needs of the sick as my first most duty …”. I do my best to honor that oath.

I enjoy several hobbies with include: skiing, rock climbing, biking, camping, hiking, reading and learning. Most of all I enjoy spending time with my wife and two beautiful children.

Jean Haffenreffer Resetarits, Licensed Massage Therapist

National Certified, Board-Trained Massage and Body worker – Licensed Massage Therapist.

I moved to Salt Lake City over 32 years ago after completing my initial massage training at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon.  Massage therapy allows me to combine my love of movement, the human body, and health into my daily work.

Over the years, I’ve expanded my education with training in St. John Neuromuscular Therapy, myofascial therapy, and most recently, rehabilitation exercises. Still, my greatest teachers have been my clients. Our work together is a partnership built on trust, respect, and honest communication, and I am deeply grateful to each and every one of you.
